Senate Chiefs-of-Staff and Leadership staff participated in a dinner discussion with the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, General James McConville, on Monday, May 14, 2018, in the U.S. Capitol. This program provides meaningful opportunities for military and civilian leaders to engage in dialogue and build relationships that increase awareness and understanding between the military and civilian spheres of responsibility. These dinners are co-led by Neil Campbell, Chief of Staff to Senator Jack Reed; and Joe Hack, Chief of Staff to Senator Deb Fischer, as part of the Stennis Center’s ongoing Civil-Military Leadership Program.
